Place in refrigerator for a few hours to soften cookies. It tastes even better!
Ingredients
| 6 | Lady Fingers cookies | 6 |
| 1 cup | fresh cheese, (quark cheese) | 250 ml |
| 1/2 cup | cream 15% | 125 ml |
| 2 tbsp | honey | 30 ml |
| 1 tsp | lemon peel | 5 ml |
| 40 | Ontario Coronation Table Grapes, de-stemmed | 40 |
Directions
Break each cookie in four to five pieces.
In bowl, whisk fresh cheese, cream, honey and lemon peel.
Prepare trifles: place three to four pieces of cookie in the bottom of a desert cup, cover with a small amount of fresh cheese mixture and add five fresh grapes. Repeat to obtain a second layer.
