Ingredients
| 1 carton | low fat vanilla yogurt | 8 oz. | 
| 1/3 cup | dried tart cherries | 80 mL | 
| 1/2 cup | sliced fresh strawberries or 1 ripe banana | 125 mL | 
| 2/3 cup | sliced low fat granola cereal | 160 mL | 
Directions
Combine yogurt and cherries; mix well. Layer 1/2 of the yogurt mixture, 1/2 of the strawberries and 1/2 of the granola into 2 parfait or wine glasses. Repeat layering once with remaining yogurt mixture, strawberries and granola.
