4 firm Ontario peaches, pitted and quartered
1 1/2 cups plain, 2% Greek yogurt (375 mL)

Directions

1. In a medium sized bowl, mix together melted butter and peaches, toss in brown sugar.

2. Heat griddle or BBQ to medium-high heat and place peaches on it. Cook for two minutes on each side. Remove from the heat and leave to cool before chopping into cubes.

3. In a medium-sized mixing bowl whip the Greek yogurt and honey together.

4. To assemble, place peach cubes at the bottom of a small mason jar, add a layer of yogurt, followed by a layer of granola. Add another layer of peaches, yogurt and granola. Repeat until jar is full and serve.
