Ingredients
1 tbsp | butter, melted | (15 mL) |
1 tbsp | brown sugar | (15 mL) |
4 | firm Ontario peaches, pitted and quartered | |
1 1/2 cups | plain, 2% Greek yogurt | (375 mL) |
1/4 cup | honey | (60 mL) |
1 cup | ginger oat granola | (250 mL) |
Directions
1. In a medium sized bowl, mix together melted butter and peaches, toss in brown sugar.
2. Heat griddle or BBQ to medium-high heat and place peaches on it. Cook for two minutes on each side. Remove from the heat and leave to cool before chopping into cubes.
3. In a medium-sized mixing bowl whip the Greek yogurt and honey together.
4. To assemble, place peach cubes at the bottom of a small mason jar, add a layer of yogurt, followed by a layer of granola. Add another layer of peaches, yogurt and granola. Repeat until jar is full and serve.
Tip - Have extra honey on hand for drizzling
